Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Client Advisor to join our team in Soho. The successful candidate will be instrumental in nurturing relationships with high-value clients and achieving a sales target of $1.3 million. This role is ideal for someone passionate about luxury fashion, delivering exceptional client service, and driving business success through strategic sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with an established client base, while actively expanding new customer opportunities.
  • Achieve or exceed individual sales goals through a personalized client approach and strategic outreach.
  • Provide tailored advice and fashion recommendations to clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are surpassed.
  • Organize and manage private shopping experiences, special events, and client presentations.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to strategize on ways to improve customer engagement and increase sales performance.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of product offerings, upcoming collections, and fashion trends to effectively communicate with clients and enhance sales opportunities.
  • Ensure the sales floor and client areas are maintained to the highest standards of presentation and that all merchandise is displayed according to company guidelines.
  • Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an outstanding shopping experience at all times.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in luxury retail sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving high sales targets, preferably in a high-end retail environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to network and build relationships with ease.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Passionate about fashion and committed to providing top-tier customer service.
