The successful candidate will be instrumental in nurturing relationships with high-value clients and achieving a sales target of $1.3 million. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with an established client base, while actively expanding new customer opportunities.
- Achieve or exceed individual sales goals through a personalized client approach and strategic outreach.
- Provide tailored advice and fashion recommendations to clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are surpassed.
- Organize and manage private shopping experiences, special events, and client presentations.
- Work collaboratively with the management team to strategize on ways to improve customer engagement and increase sales performance.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of product offerings, upcoming collections, and fashion trends to effectively communicate with clients and enhance sales opportunities.
- Ensure the sales floor and client areas are maintained to the highest standards of presentation and that all merchandise is displayed according to company guidelines.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an outstanding shopping experience at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience in luxury retail sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving high sales targets, preferably in a high-end retail environment.
