Job Description

Summary

As a Senior Client Advisor at CELINE Woodbury Commons, you will serve as an ambassador of the brand, ensuring that every client is treated according to the CELINE standards. You will strive to understand your clients and their needs, guiding them across all categories of the brand, and acting as a role model to the team by supporting a client-centric mentality.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and team sales objectives and be accountable for sales results.
  • Welcome every client and enhance their experience, advising across the brand and all product categories.
  • Demonstrate sales leadership and advanced clienteling skills to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Maintain the highest standards of brand and product knowledge.
  • Participate as a team player in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store.
  • Uphold CELINE brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior.
  • Assist Management in daily operations, including floor management, stock operations, and opening/closing duties.
  • Support the Store Manager in team development through mentoring and the integration of newcomers.
  • Provide detailed understanding of company policies and support other Client Advisors when needed.
  • Handle additional responsibilities as needed, such as stock and store operations, visual merchandising, and after-sales.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury setting.
  • Computer literate with the ability to learn and use various software packages.
  • Action-oriented and results-driven with a strong client service orientation.
  • Social perceptiveness and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for luxury products with an appreciation for design.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of foreign languages is a plus.
