Responsibilities

• Guide key projects from concept to execution, including packaging, gifting, and launch kits.
• Lead design projects, visualize concepts, and collaborate with teams on packaging programs.
• Manage and mentor a team of designers, ensuring quality and consistency in design execution.
• Work cross-functionally with various teams to ensure package execution aligns with brand strategy.
• Oversee vendor drawings and proofs, and maintain brand packaging guidelines.
• Coordinate with Packaging Development team on component submissions for design intent and color accuracy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and challenge standard practices.
• Strong knowledge of industrial processes, materials, and printing techniques.
• Excellent organizational skills for file management and archiving.
• Strong sense of color for sample and proof review.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across disciplines.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and design shifts.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, with 3D modeling/rendering skills as a plus.
