Summary

As a PT Sales Associate at the Wrentham Outlet, you will act as a Brand Ambassador, providing an exceptional client experience and embracing our Retail Excellence Program. You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals, fostering client relationships, and supporting team initiatives to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales and client data capture targets.
• Create and maintain genuine client relationships to achieve core KPIs.
• Provide after-sales service, including thank you notes and follow-up calls.
• Support the team in generating new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.
• Handle open and close consignments, process returns, and exchanges.
• Communicate effectively and build strong partnerships with clients, peers, and management.
• Develop business-driving initiatives, contests, and events.
• Advise clients on product repairs and best fit of pieces.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a retail environment, luxury experience preferred.
• Full understanding of specialty retail and effective clienteling.
• Proficient computer skills, including retail POS systems, Word, Excel, and email.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask while maintaining daily responsibilities.
• A positive, outgoing, high-energy personality that is entrepreneurial and sales-focused.
