Job Description

Summary

The Director of Total Rewards & HR Operations will lead the management and administration of all HR programs for the North America region, ensuring competitive, sustainable, and scalable support for OTB’s HR and people strategy. This role involves managing internal and external relations, policy and procedure updates, and regulatory compliance, playing a crucial part in elevating HR service and support for the company’s brands.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee HR programs for North America, including payroll, compensation, benefits, HR budgeting, analytics, and reporting.
  • Manage group benefits programs for US & Canada, continually improving offerings and assessing cost and ROI.
  • Develop methods for data analysis and special projects.
  • Lead administration of salary reviews, MBO, promotion processes, and compensation strategies.
  • Conduct organizational trend research and analyze HRIS system reports and KPI metrics.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Lead project management with cross-functional partners and HQ in Italy for HR deliverables.
  • Develop strategies and integration roadmaps for HR programs and processes.
  • Manage Payroll and Benefits team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or human resources (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years’ experience in HR Operations and/or Total Rewards.
  • 3+ years in a leadership or management position.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Financial acumen for departmental budgeting.
  • Proven success as an influencer and change agent.
  • Project management and influencing skills.
  • Results-driven decision-making ability.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, HRIS systems (Success Factors a plus).
  • Experience in coaching on employee relations and performance management.
  • Adaptability within an evolving organization and HR structure.
  • Proficiency in HRIS & Compensation planning tools/platforms.
