Job Description

Summary

The Client Advisor at our Miami Design District location will serve as a passionate brand ambassador and a dedicated team player. This role involves promoting brand loyalty and transforming every client visit into a memorable luxury shopping experience, with a focus on meeting KPIs through personalized client service and cross-selling of products.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client experience by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products
  • Proactively seize cross-selling opportunities across all product categories available in the store
  • Maintain and develop client relationships with the support of CRM and digital tools to strengthen client loyalty
  • Engage with clients on trends in the fashion world and developments in the luxury market
  • Exceed individual financial targets and contribute to the store’s success
  • Promote a positive working environment and foster open communication with team members
  • Actively seek and embrace feedback to maintain a continual learning mindset
  • Maintain shop floor standards and ensure appropriate levels of products on the sales floor
  • Participate in the store’s clienteling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty
  • Follow company grooming standards and policies
  • Comply with company procedures on visual merchandising, operational guidelines, and stock procedures

Requirements

  • Demonstrate the desired brand behaviors
  • Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service
  • Ability to drive and exceed KPIs
  • Interest in fashion and industry trends
  • Team-player mentality with strong communication skills
  • Strong selling skills and ability to overcome objections
  • Client-centric approach and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of luxury products and fashion trends
  • Proficiency in using digital retail tools and CRM
  • Physical ability to be mobile, climb ladders, and lift packages weighing up to 10 lbs.
