Job Description

Summary

The Client Advisor will serve as a passionate ambassador and dedicated team player, promoting brand loyalty and creating a memorable luxury shopping experience. This role involves personalized client experiences and cross-selling of products, while maintaining exclusive relationships with clientele.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client experience by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating excellent knowledge of products.
  • Proactively seize cross-selling opportunities across all product categories.
  • Maintain and develop client relationships with the support of CRM and digital tools.
  • Engage with clients on general trends in the fashion world and developments in the luxury market.
  • Exceed individual financial targets and contribute to the store’s success.
  • Promote a positive working environment and foster open communication with team members.
  • Maintain shop floor standards and ensure appropriate levels of products on the sales floor.
  • Participate in the store’s clienteling initiatives.
  • Follow Company grooming standards and policies.
  • Comply with Company procedures on visual merchandising, operational guidelines, and stock procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service-related field.
  • Ability to drive and exceed KPIs.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
  • Team-player mentality with strong communication skills.
  • Strong selling skills and ability to overcome objections.
  • Client-centric approach and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Luxury product knowledge and interest in fashion trends and luxury market.
  • Proficiency in using digital retail tools and CRM.
  • Physical ability to be mobile, climb ladders, and lift packages weighing 10 lbs.
