Job Description

Summary

The Director of Total Rewards & HR Operations is responsible for leading the management and administration of HR programs, including payroll, compensation, benefits, budgeting, HR analytics, and reporting for the North America region. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all HR programs are competitive, sustainable, and scalable to support the organization’s HR and people strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all HR programs and practices to ensure they are competitive and sustainable.
  • Ensure the company adheres to all regulatory compliance and update policies and procedures as necessary.
  • Manage internal customer and external vendor relations.
  • Play a critical role in elevating HR service and support levels for the company’s portfolio of brands.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or human resources, Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years’ experience in HR Operations and/or Total Rewards, with additional experience in Finance or luxury retail being a plus.
  • 3+ years in a Leadership or Management position.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Financial acumen for departmental budget development and implementation.
  • Proven success as an influencer and change agent.
  • Excellent project management and influencing skills.
  • Results-driven with prompt decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, speaking, and written communication skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS systems.
  • Experience in coaching on employee relations and performance management issues.
  • Adaptability and strong time management and follow-through skills.
