Job Description

Summary

As the Director, Omnichannel at Celine, you will lead and manage all aspects of the North American omnichannel ecommerce operations, including P&L responsibilities and partnership with the global headquarters on strategy and growth. You will be a key member of the North American Leadership team, reporting directly to the President North America.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the business forecasting and strategic planning for Celine.com North America to drive sales and enhance the client experience.
  • Manage the P&L of Celine.com NAM and monitor all relevant KPIs for the digital business.
  • Build partnerships with the retail network to develop an omnichannel mindset and ensure optimal client experience across all brand touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with Celine HQ on performance marketing and traffic acquisition, and monitor regional performance.
  • Analyze client behavior and identify action plans, partnering with local teams to implement improvements.
  • Assess and improve the customer journey from order placement to delivery and returns.
  • Oversee fulfillment operations and develop operational efficiencies in partnership with various departments.
  • Supervise the Ecommerce team and manage Warehouse teams indirectly.
  • Ensure the Client Service Center meets performance KPIs and optimizes fraud & payment practices.
  • Support the development of the Client Service Center and Retail network in leveraging CELINE tools for omnichannel operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 7+ years in ecommerce/B2C platforms within the luxury fashion industry.
  • Strong knowledge of online business development, ecommerce trends, and the competitive landscape in the US market.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, high EQ, and the ability to lead by example and influence business decisions.
  • Fluency in French or an understanding of French culture is advantageous.
