We are seeking a dedicated and organized Stock Associate to join our retail team in East Hampton. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring the sales floor is stocked, and maintaining the overall organization of the backroom. This role is vital to the efficient operation of our store and the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
• Organize and maintain the backroom and stock areas to ensure easy access and retrieval of merchandise.
• Replenish merchandise on the sales floor as needed, ensuring displays are neat and well-stocked.
• Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with the sales team to fulfill customer orders and locate specific items.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company policies and safety standards.
• Assist with markdowns, price changes, and product tagging as necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with locating products and answering inquiries.

• Previous retail or stock experience preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move heavy boxes and merchandise.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
