Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Associate to join our team in Amagansett. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury fashion, exceptional customer service skills, and a proven track record in retail sales. As a Senior Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales, building client relationships, and upholding the high standards of our store. This is a year-round full-time role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by providing a personalized shopping experience to each client.
  • Drive sales through effective communication and product knowledge.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, fashion trends, and industry developments.
  • Assist in visual merchandising to ensure the store is well-presented and reflects the brand’s aesthetic.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and tact.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
  • Participate in inventory management, including receiving, organizing, and restocking merchandise.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
  • Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style and trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
