Job Description

We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our team in the Meatpacking District of NYC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to operate independently with minimal supervision. As an experienced Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales, supporting daily store operations, and maintaining the high standards of our luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by providing personalized and knowledgeable assistance to each client.
  • Drive sales byproactively engaging with customers, demonstrating product features, and offering tailored recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
  • Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store environment, ensuring that displays and merchandise are properly presented.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and sales targets.
  • Uphold store policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and secure shopping environment.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
  • Proven ability to operate independently and manage time effectively without significant oversight.
  • Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for luxury goods and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in using POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
