Job Description

Summary

As a Client Advisor, you will be a symbol of elegance and authentic luxury, contributing to the brand’s vision by driving sales and providing exceptional service in a sophisticated and timeless retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
  • Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process to maximize sales and transaction values.
  • Adhere to all company policies and capture relevant customer information for database entry.
  • Promote store events through various communication channels.
  • Maintain and expand a client book and consistently follow up with client-related issues.
  • Assist in general housekeeping and maintenance of the store image.
  • Support shipping and receiving and inventory control as requested.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
  • Business School, University, or equivalent experience.
  • Computer literate with the ability to learn and use various software packages.
  • Preferred candidates with client books.
  • Passion for luxury products and appreciation for design.
  • Service orientation and customer-focused mindset.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
  • Foreign language skills are a plus.
