Job Description

Summary

As a Client Advisor at Celine’s Saks Fifth Avenue New York location, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a luxury retail environment. You will be responsible for meeting individual and store sales targets, maintaining a client book, and promoting store events.

Responsibilities

  • Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
  • Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process to maximize sales.
  • Adhere to all company policies.
  • Capture relevant customer information for database entry.
  • Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes.
  • Maintain and expand a client book.
  • Follow up with any shipping, alteration, or other client-related issues.
  • Assist in general housekeeping and store maintenance.
  • Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as requested.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail setting, preferably in luxury sales.
  • Business School, University, or equivalent experience.
  • Computer literate and able to learn various software packages.
  • Strong client book preferred.
  • Passion for luxury products and design.
  • Service-oriented and customer-focused.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Foreign language skills are a plus.
