Job Description

Summary

As a Senior Manager of HR Technology at Richemont in New York, you will lead the strategic vision and roadmap for the HR systems landscape in the Americas. You will partner across HR, IT, and the global HRIS team to ensure HR systems support, growth, and scalability while enhancing the employee/manager experience.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and execute initiatives supporting the transformation of the RNA HRIS landscape.
  • Manage the portfolio of HR system applications and projects, including resource capacity and availability.
  • Take operational responsibilities for HR tickets solving and HRIS training curricula creation and roll out.
  • Ensure relationship management with other Richemont functions stakeholders to identify and manage risks and dependencies.
  • Handle and raise project risks and issues, establish success metrics for projects, and track project performance.
  • Review support team and structure periodically to help demand management and capacity planning.
  • Provide thought leadership regarding HR technology solutions and strategies for new programs and projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business discipline preferred; Master’s degree a plus.
  • 7+ years HR Technology experience, including leading enterprise projects and system maintenance.
  • Ability to align HR processes, system functionality, and data governance with departmental/regional vision and goals.
  • Familiarity with the end-to-end employee life cycle process.
  • Strong project management and communication skills, including agile and design thinking expertise.
  • Capability to balance competing priorities and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.
  • Workday experience a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate across functional and technical partners.
  • Creative thinker with a desire to problem solve.
  • Ability to lead a team and create a culture of innovation and trust.
  • Hands-on and strong results orientation.
