We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Stock Associate to join our team in Amagansett. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, organizing stockrooms, and ensuring that the sales floor remains well-stocked and presentable. This role is crucial for maintaining an efficient and customer-friendly environment in our store.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments.
• Accurately record and track inventory levels.
• Perform regular inventory counts and audits.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom.
• Ensure all merchandise is properly labeled and stored.
• Rotate stock as needed to ensure freshness and quality.

• Replenish merchandise on the sales floor promptly.
• Assist with visual merchandising to create an appealing shopping environment.
• Support sales associates with locating products and restocking items.

• Provide exceptional customer service when needed.
• Assist customers with product inquiries and locating items.

• Work closely with store management and sales team to support store operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding stock levels and needs.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail or stock management preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move heavy boxes and merchandise.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
