Job Description

Summary

As a Client Experience Coordinator at Cartier Beverly Hills, you will support the execution of the client experience strategy and identify opportunities for improvement in the boutique. You will ensure values and standards are upheld while providing exceptional service and fostering brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Create exceptional client experiences by delivering an exceptional welcome and ensuring outstanding hospitality throughout the client visit.
  • Support front podium duties, including assisting with appointments and walk-in clients.
  • Utilize Maison storytelling and heritage to enhance the client experience.
  • Assist sales associates with appointment preparation and client entertainment.
  • Facilitate seamless client experiences, including product presentation, sales finalization, and client data capture.
  • Assist clients with quick service requests and personalization services.
  • Support client development activities, including data entry and report management.
  • Provide recommendations and personal services, such as directions and restaurant reservations.
  • Assist with phone duties, including incoming calls and appointment setting.
  • Support boutique traffic flow and appointment booking tool management.
  • Assist with merchandising and display maintenance.
  • Partner with the Operations Coordinator to manage boutique supply inventory and product movement.
  • Assist with inventory control processes and annual inventory.
  • Participate in daily set up and break down of the boutique.
  • Assist with organization and tracking of client experience tools.
  • Develop fundamental brand knowledge to convey Cartier heritage and values.
  • Understand and comply with security and operational procedures.
  • Remain current on industry news and competition.
  • Strive for operational excellence and uphold standards.
  • Share and collaborate best practices with the boutique team.
  • Uphold Cartier standards with a professional image and demeanor.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive boutique environment.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Excellent computer skills and use of technology.
  • MS Office experience required; SAP knowledge preferred.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.
  • Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel for training as needed.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of client service needs and priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Collaborative approach with a “can do” attitude.
  • Intellectual curiosity and passion for learning.
