Job Description

Summary

As an After Sales and Client Development Intern, you will support the Senior Manager of After Sales by providing administrative and analytical support on key global initiatives. You will gain real-world, professional experience and provide a fresh perspective on streamlining processes and creating efficiencies related to uniform procurement, sharing and implementing After Sales strategies, and sourcing new repair vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Senior Manager of After Sales on all aspects of the uniform dispatch process, from initial data gathering through uniform delivery.
  • Create PowerPoint presentation decks for After Sales trainings.
  • Collaborate with the Client Development team to understand and streamline the special-order process.
  • Schedule visits to and review vendor tests for repair vendor validation.
  • Conduct competitive market research to identify new repair vendors.
  • Compile After Sales meeting recaps.
  • Assist with special projects for After Sales and Client Services.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in an Associates, Bachelor’s, or Master’s Degree program.
  • Previous internship experience in fashion or luxury is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a highly complex work environment.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently at times.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion and professionalism with sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Time sensitive, accurate, and highly dependable.
  • Strong Excel skills, including the ability to create pivot tables and complete v-lookup.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Word required.
