We are in search of a dynamic Store Manager who can steer our new team in Tampa and establish our business in this important market. As the Store Manager, you’ll lead a team of 5/6 and serve as a sales-oriented leader, fostering an environment that promotes exceptional service and unparalleled client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of 5/6 high-performing associates.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review performance metrics, upcoming promotions, and operational updates.
- Provide continuous training and development opportunities to maintain an expert-level knowledge among the team.
Sales & Growth:
- Steer the store towards achieving and surpassing its sales target.
- Ensure every team member adopts a sales-driven approach, meeting individual and team sales goals.
- Build and nurture relationships with key clients, always aiming to exceed their expectations.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure seamless daily store operations, from inventory management to staff scheduling.
- Regularly review financial reports to identify opportunities, manage costs, and drive profitability.
- Ensure all store policies, procedures, and standards are consistently executed.
Client Experience:
- Foster an environment focused on delivering an unmatched client experience.
- Address and promptly resolve any client inquiries or concerns.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of retail management experience, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales and meeting financial targets.
