Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at our new Madison Avenue location. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of the store. You will be part of a dedicated team of six sellers, working closely with management to ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide personalized and attentive service to all customers, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
  • Sales: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective product knowledge, cross-selling, and upselling techniques.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, including fabric, style, and fit, to effectively assist customers.
  • Merchandising: Assist in maintaining visual standards, replenishing stock, and keeping the store organized and visually appealing.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals, support team initiatives, and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, encouraging repeat business and fostering loyalty.
  • Store Operations: Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury or high-end fashion environment.
  • Customer-Focused: Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for fashion and helping customers.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of presentation and service.
  • Flexible: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
