We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at our new Madison Avenue location. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of the store. You will be part of a dedicated team of six sellers, working closely with management to ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide personalized and attentive service to all customers, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
- Sales: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective product knowledge, cross-selling, and upselling techniques.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, including fabric, style, and fit, to effectively assist customers.
- Merchandising: Assist in maintaining visual standards, replenishing stock, and keeping the store organized and visually appealing.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals, support team initiatives, and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, encouraging repeat business and fostering loyalty.
- Store Operations: Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
Qualifications:
