Summary

As a Temp Events and Experiential Marketing Associate at David Yurman, you will be responsible for implementing seasonal event programs across all retail and wholesale channels, overseeing event logistics, and supporting corporate branding and sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the events and experiential marketing team.
• Implement seasonal event strategies to support marketing and sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with wholesale accounts to plan and execute seasonal events and activations.
• Manage event logistics including researching vendors, securing catering, and booking experiential elements.
• Maintain communication with internal and external vendors and partners.
• Monitor and manage the invitation process for all retail and wholesale events.
• Maintain and build vendor contact sheets and ensure they meet brand standards.
• Assist with event logistics for Market Weeks including organizing hospitality arrangements and catering.
• Communicate with retail corporate team, Regional Directors, Field Sales team, and Store Managers on event requests and deliverables.
• Act as point of contact for all stores to ensure brand standards are met.
• Maintain and update master events calendar and compile event recaps.
• Request sales recaps for corporate, retail, and wholesale events post-event.
• Work with legal team on commercial co-venture and talent appearance agreements.
• Manage inventory, shipment flow, and delivery of collateral for wholesale events.
• Process and file invoices and reconcile expenses for all events.
• Provide on-site support for retail, wholesale, and branding events.

Requirements

• 0-1+ years of events experience required.
• Experience in luxury marketing, events, and production preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
• Team-oriented and highly organized with the ability to multi-task.
• Strong project and time management skills.
• Knowledge of marketing/event industry trends and best practices.
• Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
