We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team in East Hampton. This role involves supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving individual sales goals. Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Support and lead the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, providing guidance and motivation to ensure optimal performance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
- Contribute to the overall store sales goals by achieving individual sales targets and providing personalized shopping experiences.
- Assist in training and developing new team members, ensuring they are knowledgeable about products and store policies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to drive sales.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.

- Previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
