Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected Luxury Sales Recruitment Consultant to join our team on a freelance basis. In this role, you will leverage your extensive network within the luxury selling community to identify and recruit top-performing sales talent (those with a track record of selling $2M+) for an exclusive client in the New York market.

This role is ideal for experienced luxury store managers, regional managers, or wholesale professionals who are between jobs or looking for a lucrative side opportunity. The duration of this freelance engagement could range from 1 week to 6 months, depending on availability and the needs of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Network extensively within the luxury retail community to identify and engage top-performing sales professionals.
  • Assess and qualify candidates based on their sales performance, particularly those with a proven record of achieving $2M+ in annual sales.
  • Present and pitch qualified candidates to the Brobston Group recruitment team for consideration.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all communications, particularly regarding the identity of the client.
  • Collaborate with the Brobston Group team to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Achieve recruitment targets to secure commission-based compensation.

Qualifications:
  • Strong network within the luxury retail sector in New York, particularly among high-performing sales professionals.
  • Experience as a store manager, regional manager, or in wholesale within the luxury market is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to identify and engage top talent in the luxury sales industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
  • Confidentiality and professionalism are a must.
