We are seeking an experienced and passionate Selling Supervisor to join our team at a premier retail location in the Stanford Shopping Center in Palo Alto, CA. The ideal candidate is a dynamic and dedicated professional with a profound understanding of luxury women’s ready-to-wear (RTW) fashion. The candidate will provide exceptional customer service, maintain strong product knowledge, and contribute to achieving store sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized customer service by offering styling advice, product knowledge, and personal shopping consultations to high-end clients.
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of luxury women’s RTW collections, including fabric types, design nuances, and current fashion trends.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships through exceptional follow-up practices, including thank-you notes, personalized outreach, and exclusive event invitations.
- Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to the store’s overall sales objectives.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards set by the store, ensuring products are displayed according to company guidelines.
- Handle client inquiries professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience both in-person and via digital communication channels.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, selling techniques, and company policies.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including stock checks, replenishment, and receiving new shipments.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless, luxury shopping experience for all clients.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in luxury retail, specifically in women’s ready-to-wear.
- Strong understanding of luxury fashion and market trends.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients.
- High level of professionalism and ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required by the retail schedule.
