Job Description

Summary

As a Store Operations Associate at Alexander McQueen Rodeo Drive Flagship, you will support the Store Director in ensuring efficient and effective store operations. You will contribute to both back-of-house and front-of-house functions, fostering brand loyalty and creating exceptional luxury shopping experiences for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure store compliance.
  • Conduct regular in-store checks and audits.
  • Assist with cash register procedures and daily cash deposits.
  • Support the onboarding of new team members.
  • Liaise with external parties for required permits or documentation.
  • Support Fire Safety & Health & Safety procedures.
  • Assist with in-store events setup.
  • Oversee goods receipt and storage management.
  • Ensure compliance with shop-to-shop and returns transfers.
  • Act as point of contact for cleaning companies and contractors.
  • Handle store emergencies and liaise with Loss Prevention and Security.
  • Support after-sales processes and order staff uniforms.
  • Maintain back-of-house standards and train Client Advisors on stock care.
  • Prepare for inventory checks and cycle counts.
  • Manage repair intake and client updates for the Aftersales Program.
  • Monitor negative-on-hand and outstanding consignments.
  • Manage OMNI orders and adjustments.
  • Organize packaging and stationary supplies.
  • Evaluate shipping suppliers and couriers.
  • Stock cash wrap area with necessary supplies.
  • Provide high-quality feedback to managers and support team collaboration.
  • Assist sales team with consignment activities and client appointments.
  • Support Visual Merchandising team during floor changes.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail operations.
  • Flexibility for regular travel and occasional weekend or evening shifts.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Sound analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages up to 35 lbs.
