The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in high-end retail, with a particular focus on luxury evening wear. You will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the boutique.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized styling advice and impeccable service to an elite clientele.
• Cultivate and manage client relationships, driving repeat business and client loyalty.
• Maintain a deep understanding of luxury fashion trends, fabrics, and the unique craftsmanship behind luxury evening wear.
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.
• Deliver a seamless and luxurious shopping experience, ensuring every customer feels valued and cared for.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the boutique is always presented to the highest standards, including merchandising and product display.
• Assist with private appointments, fittings, and special events, ensuring attention to detail and client satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory and assist in stock management.

• Minimum of 5 years of luxury sales experience, preferably with a focus on high-end evening wear or couture.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a luxury retail environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with discerning clientele.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A genuine passion for fashion and an understanding of luxury craftsmanship and fabrics.
