We are looking for a Senior Client Advisor with a passion for luxury retail and a proven track record in delivering exceptional client experiences. This role is key to the success of our first US store opening in Soho, with a focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships in the New York market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to high-profile clients, delivering personalized service and fostering long-term relationships to drive sales and brand loyalty.
- Leverage extensive knowledge of the luxury market to provide expert guidance on the product range, styling tips, and exclusive offerings.
- Play a pivotal role in the successful launch of our new Soho location, helping to establish the store’s presence in the competitive NYC luxury market.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets, utilizing your strong network and NYC market knowledge to drive foot traffic and client engagement.
- Partner closely with store leadership to implement clienteling strategies, ensuring an elevated shopping experience that aligns with the brand’s high standards.
- Assist in training and mentoring new staff, sharing best practices and luxury sales techniques with junior team members.
- Provide insights on client feedback and market trends to inform store merchandising and inventory decisions.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the store at key events and client activations.
Qualifications:
- Significant experience in luxury retail sales, with a proven history of achieving and surpassing sales goals.
- Deep understanding of the NYC market, with a strong client book and the ability to attract and retain high-value customers.
- Experience in opening new retail locations, ideally in the luxury segment, with an understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with launching a new store.
- Exceptional clienteling skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and offer a personalized, high-touch shopping experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire clients and team members alike.
