Summary

As an Assistant, Personal Shopping at Holt Renfrew, you will provide partnership and administrative support to the Personal Shopper, ensuring superior customer service and efficient management of client appointments and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Schedule all appointments and maintain the calendar of the Personal Shopper.
• Review and handle all correspondence, including drafting and producing official client invitations.
• Speak on behalf of the Personal Shopper via telephone or email, maintaining superior customer service and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Maintain Personal Shopper client profiles and information, tracking and interpreting data to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and coordinate materials and merchandise for all client appointments, ensuring standards are maintained.
• Coordinate alterations, product transfers, COG’s, holds, and other services as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including errands to maximize the efficiency of the Personal Shopper’s schedule.
• Maintain merchandising standards in the Personal Shopping Suites and on the selling floor when removing and returning products.
• Ensure the suites meet all Store Readiness requirements, including overall maintenance and housekeeping.
• Reduce or eliminate loss through effective loss prevention.
• Attend PK sessions to become an expert.
• Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements.

Requirements

• High School diploma.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Internet.
• Fully bilingual in French and English.
