The Outlet Store Leader at RH San Marcos is responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver extraordinary customer experiences. This role involves setting strategies and ensuring high-level execution with a commitment to quality, while fostering a dynamic and positive environment.

Responsibilities

• Live and promote RH’s Vision, Values, and Beliefs daily.
• Coach, lead, and develop teams to create a positive and dynamic environment.
• Address human resources concerns in partnership with Field Leadership and the People Team.
• Ensure visual merchandising meets brand standards and safety requirements.
• Manage profit protection, risk management, physical security, cash controls, inventory, and audits.
• Analyze and communicate business opportunities for extraordinary results.
• Represent the RH brand with polished communication and professionalism.

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience in the retail industry, preferably in home furnishings.
• Superior organization and leadership skills.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to motivate, influence, and inspire others.
• Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency with current technology, including iPads, Mac, and PC.
• Ability to travel occasionally and for extended periods.
