Summary

As a Regional Training Manager at Zegna, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for retail staff across the West Coast. You will work closely with headquarters to align global programs with regional needs, fostering a learning culture that motivates and engages store teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess learning needs through talent assessments and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with Retail Leadership to align learning strategies with organizational goals.
• Propose and implement learning and development programs, representing regional needs.
• Facilitate change management initiatives and act as a coach and mentor.
• Implement leadership, sales, and product training programs regionally.
• Conduct induction and orientation sessions.
• Plan, organize, and facilitate regional training and development programs.
• Develop training materials and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Manage training budget for assigned stores.
• Stay updated on training trends and best practices.
• Work effectively with the Human Resources department.
• Facilitate learning events and workshops.
• Champion the business case for learning and talent investment.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in retail training and development or extensive retail management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Strong relationship-building skills with a diverse client base.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with strong initiative and accountability.
• Project management skills and ability to lead projects from inception to completion.
• Strong business acumen and experience partnering with business leaders.
• Experience in designing and executing training programs.
• Familiarity with various training methods.
