As a Customer Advisor at Zegna in Boston, you will transform customer store visits into memorable luxury shopping experiences. Acting as a Brand Ambassador, you will engage customers with the heritage of Zegna, creating an atmosphere of passion and enthusiasm for the collections. You will build lasting relationships with customers, providing the highest level of service and supporting the store’s visual and image excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide memorable luxury in-store customer service by following the Zegna Selling Flow.
• Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset to develop the business.
• Network effectively to attract new customers and develop a customer database.
• Consult with customers to discover their needs and exceed their expectations.
• Create opportunities for customers to experience multiple Zegna brands and products.
• Promote Zegna Made-to-Measure service where appropriate.
• Utilize technology to offer a complete luxury experience.
• Leverage “Zegna Stories” to enhance the selling ceremony.
• Collate useful and accurate customer data in accordance with CRM procedures.
• Cultivate future customer connections through CRM after-sales activities.
• Resolve customer issues or complaints with empathy, adhering to service policies.
• Drive and perform onsite audits of store inventories.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of Zegna products and translate it into customer benefits.
• Communicate customer, product, and store information within the team.
• Support the orientation of new staff as a learning coach if assigned.
• Measure performance using customer service and sales KPIs.
• Adhere to store operations and time and attendance policies.
