Job Description

Summary

As a Sales Associate at our Greenwich, CT location, you will play a vital role in introducing our brand’s menswear line to the market. You will be directly responsible for providing a personalized shopping experience, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the store’s sales goals. This position is perfect for someone with a keen interest in men’s fashion and a desire to grow within a dynamic, luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide high-level customer service and a memorable shopping experience. Engage with customers to understand their needs, offer personalized recommendations, and ensure satisfaction with their purchases.
  • Sales and Performance Goals: Strive to meet or exceed individual and store sales targets. Participate in team efforts to drive store performance, including promotional events and sales initiatives.
  • Product Knowledge and Brand Ambassadorship: Become an expert on our collections and the brand’s philosophy. Share this knowledge enthusiastically with customers, acting as a brand ambassador.
  • Visual Merchandising Support: Assist in maintaining the store’s visual standards, including merchandise presentation, signage, and overall cleanliness and organization.
  • Inventory Management: Help manage inventory by participating in stock checks, restocking efforts, and keeping the sales floor and stock areas organized and efficient.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury menswear or womenswear.
  • A genuine passion for fashion and customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, holidays, and special events.
  • A positive attitude and a desire to grow within the retail fashion industry.
