• Assist planning managers with various daily reports.
• Manage purchase orders, including keying orders and maintaining corrections and revisions.
• Communicate with vendors to confirm and track purchase orders and communicate revisions.
• Enter data into the mainframe system and manage all data entry.
• Communicate weekly with cross-functional teams about departmental backorders and analyze backorder relief.
• Prepare and send weekly transfer lists to allocations and operations teams, ensuring transfers occur.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to align data with strategies and deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and Vlookups.
