As a Customer Advisor at Zegna in Santa Barbara, you will transform a customer’s store visit into a memorable luxury shopping experience. Acting as a Brand Ambassador, you will engage customers in discovering our heritage and create an atmosphere of passion and enthusiasm for the Zegna collections.

Responsibilities

• Provide memorable luxury in-store customer service by following the Zegna Selling Flow.
• Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset in developing the business.
• Network to attract new customers and develop a customer database.
• Consult with customers to discover their needs and exceed expectations.
• Create opportunities for customers to experience multiple Zegna brands and products.
• Promote Zegna Made-to-Measure service where appropriate.
• Utilize technology to offer a complete luxury experience.
• Leverage “Zegna Stories” to enhance the selling ceremony.
• Collate useful customer data in accordance with CRM procedures.
• Cultivate future customer connections through after-sales activities.
• Resolve customer issues with empathy, adhering to service policies.
• Drive and perform onsite audits of store inventories.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of Zegna products and craftsmanship.
• Communicate customer and store information within the team.
• Support the orientation of new staff as a learning coach if assigned.
• Measure performance using customer service and sales KPIs.
• Adhere to store operations and attendance policies.
