Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and retail best practices.
- Create an inviting store atmosphere that reflects the boutique’s luxury aesthetic and values.
- Lead, train, and develop store staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards set by headquarters, ensuring the store’s presentation aligns with brand expectations.
- Manage inventory effectively, ensuring stock levels are maintained and accurately recorded.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, including handling high-profile customer interactions and private viewings.
- Monitor sales performance and devise strategies to increase store revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotions and events.
- Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer needs, and profits to upper management.

Qualifications:
