Job Description

Summary

The Administrator, Store Operations at Oliver Peoples in West Hollywood, CA, provides elevated service and support to retail stores, aligning with administrative operations tasks to increase store sales and create an elevated retail experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage store custom lens replacement requests, including lens availability, authorization, order tracking, and troubleshooting.
  • Track inventory of stock lenses, forecast usage, and reorder lens blanks with suppliers.
  • Provide customer service support to retail stores with suppliers and internal distribution centers.
  • Place orders for lenses, warranty, spare parts, and accessories, and follow up on status and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain a catalog of office and operational supplies, promotional material, and lab tools for each Retail Brand.
  • Assist with new store openings, new process initiatives, and system improvements.
  • Review weekly Missing Deposit Reports and follow up with stores on missing deposits.
  • Troubleshoot missing or delayed customer home office checks or credit card refunds with accounting.
  • Provide support to stores on Smartly, Omnichannel, and Smart Shopper systems.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in high-end customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • Ability to lift approximately 10 – 15 lbs.
  • Bachelor’s degree is highly desirable or equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge of optical/eyewear luxury products.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Kronos.
  • Punctual and reliable with strong time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality.
