Job Description

Summary

As a Bilingual Client Service Lead at Saint Laurent in New York, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the entire purchase journey. You will lead and coach a team of Client Service Ambassadors, promoting the brand’s image and values across various communication channels.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and ensure Client Service Ambassadors assist clients through a seamless omni-channel journey.
  • Motivate and coach Client Service Ambassadors with one-on-one quality monitoring.
  • Monitor department KPIs and individual goals for Client Service Ambassadors.
  • Act as the first point of escalation for Client Service Ambassadors.
  • Ensure compliance with brand policies and procedures across all communication channels.
  • Share client feedback with relevant departments to improve processes and services.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in retail sales or service industry.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and inspire a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; multilingual is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and a commercial mindset.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred.
