Summary

As a Sales Associate at our Chestnut Hill location, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in our luxury menswear department. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment and ensuring a memorable shopping experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide expert advice on luxury menswear products and styling.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store goals.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is well-presented.
  • Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury fashion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for menswear and fashion trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
