Summary

As an Assistant Boutique Manager at Christian Dior in Boston Copley, you will support the Boutique Director in managing the sales team and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your role will involve enhancing sales, minimizing stock losses, and expanding the client base while maintaining the brand’s high standards.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales and monitor sales performance and conversion rates daily.
• Provide and inspire outstanding service to customers.
• Assist in assigning and monitoring sales goals of Sales Associates.
• Participate in merchandise displays and presentations.
• Train, coach, develop, and lead sales associates in selling skills.
• Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance and sales training.
• Coordinate sales promotion activities and optimize Capture Rate and After Sale.
• Gather merchandise for transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor.
• Oversee compliance with Company policies and standards.
• Lock and secure the store, ensuring compliance with security procedures.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in retail management.
• Ability to develop and train associates and provide outstanding customer service.
• Effective management of sales staff toward achievement of sales objectives.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in operating necessary equipment, including POS systems and office equipment.
