Summary

As a Finance Business Analyst, you will support the Director and Senior Manager of Finance and Operations through reporting, analysis, and other related tasks. This role offers a valuable learning experience and the opportunity to contribute to various financial projects and initiatives, working closely with experienced finance professionals to enhance your analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly, monthly, seasonal, and annual reporting on business by wholesale partner and store location, with insights on trends and performance compared to budget.
• Support quarterly budget sell-in planning and sell-out planning for each budget cycle.
• Strengthen partnerships with the US business, Maison HQ, Beauty Division, and local LVMH group through FP&A, reporting, and analytics tasks.
• Assist in managing budgeting and spending for capex and project-based investments.
• Manage EDI and order processing, including wholesale partner communications for SKU setup, out-of-stocks, and discontinues.
• Manage weekly WOS reporting for sell-in and sell-out, providing insights and strategic recommendations.
• Analyze sell-out by retailer/reference/classification, providing monthly selling reports and inventory optimization recommendations.
• Coordinate and track weekly EDI order shipping to share with the field team.
• Review and approve store and .com returns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in Finance, preferably within the prestige fragrance and beauty industry.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Solid understanding of financial concepts and accounting principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
