• Launch the made-to-measure program for the brand, developing awareness, process, and offering
• Ensure we provide exceptional quality, fit and timeliness in delivery for our garments
• Consistently deliver on our promise of extraordinary customer service in the Made to Measure Business
• Enhance our customer experience with programs and events that set us apart from other retailers
• Passion for innovation with a demonstrated ability to drive change and business growth within our Made to Measure business

• Develops, implements and maintains a multi-year business strategy which supports and furthers business objectives
• Support broader company projects through active participation and advisory involvement

Skills & Requirements:

• 5-8 years in a Business Leader role in the Made to Measure/apparel industry driving business growth through strategic initiatives and new business development
• Sales and management experience in the mens fashion business
• Solid project management experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excel and analytical proficiency
