Job Description

Job Summary:

The Neiman Marcus Information Services department is seeking a motivated self-starter that enjoys working within a cross-functional team, has experience with coordinating multiple processes, creating financial reporting and excellent customer service skills.

The ideal candidate will support the day to day operations of the Vendor Management Organization and HR as needed and may serve as liaison between Human Resources, Contract Manager, Performance Analysts and Managed Service Provider team, project leads and other key stakeholders. The position may be called upon to perform some services procurement tasks and other cross-functional duties such as contingent workforce onboarding coordination.

This role reports to the It VMO Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, summarize and maintain activity and financial reports
  • Support Staffing process/coordinating activities as needed (Pre-hire paperwork, scheduling/coordinating calendars, additional administrative support as needed)
  • Provide administrative support of invoicing process, payment reconciliation functions
  • Manage internal and external customer’s expectations through proactive communication
  • Maintain and update existing procedures and processes as needed
  • Maintain intranet pages

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in HR or similar field preferred.
  • Knowledge or experience with HR, Staffing, MSP or VMS preferred
  • Must be comfortable, gathering, analyzing, summarizing, and presenting data
  • Intermediate skills in Excel
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and strong written/verbal communication skills.
  • Team player with strong work ethic.
  • Proven ability to create and document procedures and processes
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
  • Must have strong knowledge of Excel, Word.
  • Experience: Relies on some experience to plan and accomplish tasks.
