We are currently seeking an E-Commerce Account Manager who will report to the VP of E-Commerce. Your Opportunity As Balenciaga’s E-Commerce Account Manager, your responsibility will be to manage, develop and grow the Balenciaga online business with our rapidly growing e-retail/marketplace/e-concession partner accounts: Farfetch, Bloomingdale’s, and others. This requires a strong understanding of ecommerce marketplaces, ecommerce sales performance and KPIs, inventory flows and wholesale partnerships. The individual will serve as the primary point of contact between the Partners and Balenciaga. They will work closely in partnership with our VP of E-Commerce, The Americas’ Merchandising Department, and our Paris HQ partners. Through a business-driven and analytical approach, the E-Commerce Account Manager is responsible for ensuring that sales targets across our partners’ websites are achieved and exceeded, proactively identifying opportunities to drive the business, and leading the improvement of all processes.
