The Manager, Organization Effectiveness and Design leads the development of organizational effective (OE) projects for the company and the change management processes associated in support of the OE projects. This role helps to redefine the capabilities, structure, accountabilities, and interactions required to deliver value for the business. Using research and data driven insights, the Manager, Organization Effectiveness and Design helps to develop adaptable organization structures and ensures successful adoption of OE and change initiatives. .
