Position

Louis Vuitton Michigan Avenue team is seeking a highly organized, agile, and innovative Private Client Advisor Assistant to join their incredible team. This individual will assist our team of Private Client Advisors by providing outstanding, first-in-class service to clients, in conjunction with ensuring all processes are completed efficiently in line with the standards of the brand. You will ensure smooth operations to enable the store team to enhance their time spent with Clients and deliver stellar service.

Profile

The responsibilities of the Private Client Advisor Assistant would include the below:

• Welcome every Private Client Advisor’s Clients and provide the best Client Experience
• Perform all administrative and operational tasks in support of the Private Client Advisor in order to keep the them organized at all times, including, but not limited to:
  • Product curation
  • Managing and auditing reservations, consignments and product transfers
  • Creating and preparing for appointments (pulling products, setting up the location, etc)
  • Managing client capture and securing up to date payment information
  • Ringing of sales
  • Consignment management

• Maintain Private Client Advisor’s digital clienteling phone to manage client communication and appointments
• Attend Louis Vuitton events to assist Private Client Advisor with clients
• Co-host appointments with the Private Client Advisor
• Process Client Sales in the absence of the Private Client Advisor
• Perform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the Private Client Advisor
• Respect Louis Vuitton Brand standards and follow the company’s policies and procedures
