Job Description

Summary Statement:

The Style Curation Selling & Content Manager oversees the content creation and sharing strategy for top digital sellers. This individual has a direct ownership over the evolution of our client outreach hub, centered around top-converting content strategies. This position requires strong partnership with the Style Curation Sr. Manager, the Vice President of Digital Selling, and cross-functional partners to make content strategy recommendations. This individual is a highly creative and an innovative thinker and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manages the Style Curation team and owns content strategy to arm top digital sellers with high-converting, bespoke content to be shared with clients via Sms, text, social media, and newsletters
  • Owns creative content strategy for our digital selling innovation team and acts as the liaison to scale content strategies to the larger sales associate population
  • Partners with specialists to create monthly content calendar, approves weekly creative assets
  • Liaison to creative, social media, and marketing teams for style guide to ensure a cohesive voice and visual brand across the organization
  • Responsible for tracking and reporting on content sent through our client hub, ideating strategies around top-converting content
  • Work closely with leadership on defining content attribution strategy, gamification, and cross-channel sharing
  • Work closely with top digital sellers to provide a personalized content plan for scaling their digital businesses through our client hub
  • Proactively seeks innovative and technical solutions for driving increased customer engagement through digital selling, including identifying ways to amplify the content creation of top digital sellers across the organization
  • Consistently meets or exceeds sales goals, comfortable working on tight deadlines
  • Professional, resilient and an enthusiastic team player, with a demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence
  • Approaches opportunities through a problem-solving and innovation lens, meticulous attention to detail, and always open to collaborative feedback
  • Flexible and able to quickly adapt to an ever-evolving business and keep pace with technology
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience, luxury retail fashion experience preferred
  • 4-year degree preferred
  • Highly creative and keen eye for identifying content and asset types that match the Neiman Marcus brand
  • Advanced understanding of how to use social media platforms to drive digital businesses, specifically around content planning, execution, and reporting on performance
  • Has a strong understanding of the seller role and the value of presenting merchandise digitally on social media
  • Understands the value of a strong personal brand and how to communicate it visually through content
  • Experience coaching others on how to use creative content to drive sales
  • Advanced presentation skills, excited to train an evolving digital sales associate population
  • Motivated and results driven, excited by digital content and eager to make an impact
  • “Win together” mentality
  • Basic proficiency with Ms Office Product Suite and photo editing apps, advanced proficiency with Excel, Canva, and Adobe Photoshop preferred
  • A visually creative storyteller with a strong fashion sense, styling and taste level that is elevated and on-brand which can easily be translated across the selling organization
  • Experience with data-reporting software is a plus
  • Associates must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business need, which may include evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Travel 10% annually
