As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of Unsaid, based at Saks Fifth Avenue in Palm Beach Gardens, where you will be responsible for managing the shop, promoting our brand, and driving sales. The goal is to enhance brand awareness, generate sales, build strong customer relationships, and provide exceptional brand experiences.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their preferences, and provide personalized guidance in selecting jewelry pieces, based on their needs, budget, and style preferences.
• Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of Unsaid’s jewelry collections, including our brand values, materials, and craftsmanship. Keep updated with the latest trends and industry knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.
• Engage with customers actively to promote and sell our jewelry products. Use your product knowledge and sales techniques to meet or exceed sales targets. Upsell and cross-sell to maximize customer satisfaction and sales revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Provide a personalized shopping experience by remembering customer preferences and following up on inquiries or special requests.
• Assist in maintaining an appealing and organized jewelry department that aligns with Saks’ brand and Unsaid’s brand standards. Ensure that jewelry displays are well-stocked and visually attractive.
• Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (Pos) system. Manage cash, credit card, and other forms of payment while adhering to store policies and procedures.
• Monitor and replenish jewelry inventory as required. Assist with regular inventory counts and perform tasks such as receiving new merchandise and conducting quality checks.
• Collaborate with team members, including sales associates and managers, to foster a positive and cohesive work environment. Develop brand knowledge and awareness throughout the larger Saks sales team.
• Drives sales to achieve an annual sales target of 600k-750k/year.

Qualifications

• Experience in fine/high jewelry sales, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Previous experience developing brand awareness and sales results for an emerging fine jewelry brand is preferred.
• A passion for storytelling, and a personal drive to introduce a modern jewelry brand with modern brand values to the market.
• A strong passion for jewelry and a good understanding of various jewelry types, gemstones, precious metals, and current trends.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with customers. Active listening, empathy, and clear articulation of product features and benefits are essential.
• A customer-centric approach with a focus on providing an exceptional shopping experience. Capability to build relationships, understand customer needs, and offer suitable solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team, supporting colleagues, and contributing to a positive work culture. Flexibility and willingness to assist in various tasks as needed.
• Attention to detail, effective time management, and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, including customer assistance, inventory management, and administrative duties.
