Reports to

Senior Manager, Demand Planning

Overview

This position plans and analyzes the Core replenishable & other key items of our business. They also handling reporting & auditing of Supply, Demand & Inventory. The role often partners with other Planning areas, as well as the Procurement, Merchandising & Sales teams

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain demand forecast within Logility
  • Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop safety stock models, and evaluate forecast results
  • Analyze SKU sales performance to help inform demand plan
  • Review inventory position of styles & collaborate with procurement to address shortages
  • Handle impromptu requests for reporting/analysis, & assist in preparation of business meeting
  • Weekly and Monthly reporting of KPIs
  • Strong Collaborations with Planning Channels and Supply Chain
  • Assist with assortment planning management during replenishment review

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years’ experience with demand planning
  • Retail, Wholesale or Supply Chain experience required
  • Experience with Logility or similar demand planning system is required
  • Reporting &/or data management experience required
  • Highly proficient in using Microsoft Excel to analyze data & create planning models
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills, and attention to details
  • Exhibits strong problem-solving skills, attention to accuracy & ability to reconcile various data elements
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and adjusts shifting priorities with appropriate sense of urgency

Education: Bachelor’s degree required

Base pay is one component of David Yurman’s total compensation package, which may also include the following for eligible employees: access to healthcare benefits, 401(k) plan, bonus, employee discounts, Summer Fridays (corporate roles), generous paid time off, sick time, and more.
