Job Description

Cara Cara is looking for a creative and energetic Digital Marketing Manager to join their growing team.Responsibilities

  • Oversee and execute marketing strategy for all digital channels including social, paid search, affiliate marketing and newsletter.
  • Liaise with digital marketing agencies and communicate advertising strategy and Kpis, oversee performance and optimization and manage budgets.
  • Manage marketplace and affiliate partners and actively communicate new collections, sales and creative while recruiting new on-brand partners.
  • Evolve newsletter strategy with emphasis on database growth, segmentation and dynamic emails while communicating creative needs to graphic design team.
  • Collaborate with ecomm and art teams to organize brand sales and communication needs and manage submission and delivery of creative requests for all digital channels.
  • Establish, monitor and report on all paid social channel Kpis, and provide strategic recommendations based on performance metrics.
  • Manage Coop advertising programs with wholesale partners and engage with teams to ensure brand is being represented through partners' channels.
  • Work with ecomm and Pr teams to communicate social amplification moments to agencies.
  • Create reporting cadence across all channels
  • Explore and implement new marketing channels to drive sales on Dtc

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years experience executing and managing digital marketing at fashion or luxury lifestyle brand.
  • 2 years minimum experience managing and collaborating with Paid Social and Search agencies
  • Experience managing a digital marketing budget across channels to meet sales goals
  • Knowledge of data analytics tools and reporting; experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Esp such as Klaviyo preferred
  • Experience working with complimentary business functions such as creative, ecommerce, merchandising and operations and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong creative skills in order to articulate creative needs to art team
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and goal oriented.
