We are looking for an experienced digital marketing pro to lead growth and retention for Derek Lam 10 Crosby and ATM collection, who brings 6 to 9 years experience strategizing, executing, and leading agency efforts. This role will work closely with the creative team and an external agency, and lead social, digital advertising, email, and affiliate marketing programs for both brands.
Job Description

As our Digital Marketing Manager – Growth & Retention, you will play a critical role in driving e-commerce growth; acquiring new customers while retaining and growing our existing customer base. You will work directly with the SVP of Ecommerce and Marketing and will be responsible for developing tactics and leading the day-to-day strategy and execution across our primary paid channels (Affiliate, Paid Social, Search, Display) as well as our owned organic channels. This role will be focused on the the Anthony Thomas Melillo (ATM) and Derek Lam 10 Crosby brands.

You are data-driven to the core, and have a test & learn mentality. You are excited by the idea of discovering new acquisition opportunities, while helping our brands scale and optimize marketing channels.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead the acquisition marketing tactics and manage external agencies.
  • Manage monthly/annual Marketing planning, forecasting and budget process.
  • Manage current media channels and test into new channels and partners.
  • Build strategies to support branding, acquisition, and financial goals.
  • Work closely with Finance to build models to support new business ideas.
  • Work closely with Creative and Merchandising teams to execute Marketing strategies.
  • Lead audience segmentation testing in key channels (Paid, Email).
  • Build Seo strategy and work with external agencies and internal teams to drive change, increase in organic channel contribution.
  • Embody fail fast mentality by developing tests and iterating on learnings across platforms.
  • Develop strategies that take advantage of new technologies and/or data sources.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years e-Commerce experience.
  • 5+ years of Digital Marketing experience.
  • Apparel e-Commerce experience required.
  • Luxury e-Commerce experience a plus.
  • Client and agency experience a plus.
  • Excellent communication, written and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to be hands-on when needed.
  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Search Console and more.
  • Excellent budget management and financial acumen.
  • Detail oriented and organized.
  • Strong planning, organizational and implementation skills.
  • Experience reporting to senior executives using insights and storytelling.
  • Web analytics admin experience a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree a plus.
